Imitation of normal insect screen
 
• Structure: AL Mesh, PET Mesh, PVC Mesh, SUS Mesh, High density Mesh,
                3* Company Windows Filter, T* Company Fluoro coated PET Mesh
• Pore: 500-1000um (32Mesh = pore 0.5mm)
• Air Permeability: Good
• Dust arrest: Big pore cause the penetration of fine dust, raindrop, yellow dust,
                    small insect, pollen in the high humidity and air flow
                   (ASHRAE 52.1 Mass, Air 1m/s, 50%-60% average)
                   Limitation of electrostatic filtration function

• Below 30um pore size need for fine dust separation
• Need more than 2 years durable as conventional insect screens
• Visibility thru the windows
• Needs blocking raindrop penetration

Structure of nanofiber windows filter
 
• Coating 200-500nm reticular nanofiber on the normal insect screen => Visibility
• Nanofiber crosslinked with special chemical fiber bonding => Durability
• Coating material is hydrophobic and water repellent => blocking raindrop inflow
• 10-30um Pore size of reticular nanofiber => Improved dust arrest rate
•Higher dust arrest, lower air permeability => Inverse relationship

Dust Arrest PM2.5, PM10 80% or more (ASHRAE 52.1 Mass, 1m/s)
• Fine dust collected by electrostatic forces and mechanical structure
  (Dust arrest function works even if the humidity is very high and electrostatic is very low)
• Air permeability 250-300cm3/cm2/s (ASTM D 737@38cm2, 125Pa) for Natural ventilation
• Pollen arrest 99%
• Insect arrest 99%
• Raindrop arrest and auto cleaning
• Cleaning with water spray (Reticular filter structure not damaged)
Roll screening possibility without delamination of nanofiber filter layer
